I write my dissertation on ‘How do childhood experiences of creativity and multi-sensorial play influence artists and designers in adult hood’ In doing this I am trying to understand how I am influenced and inspired by the world of art.

Recent sketches of large Fabriano paper

Recently I’ve been doing some sketches from photographs. I have used charcoal on large sheets of Fabriano paper. I trying to achieve a deep perspective In this particular image of a man (my dad) Walking through an area stony woodland. I.e. an old quarry.

Professional practice: The Centre Gravity exhibition

I recently been going to an introduction session at the centre of gravity in Bristol. I have found it extremely interesting as it is something I have not tried before but also quite nerve wracking because of the size and scale the building. Some of the work on display is by some of my lecturers.
