Experimentation with mixed media
I have returned to mixed media to create more original work. I am interested in the overlapping of paper between figurative and abstract art. Using different textures to create contrast between rough and smooth.

Study of a woodland
This is a life drawing of a woodland in the Forest of Dean. I have used soft pencils to create a figurative drawing of the landscape. This is a sketch that I may use for printing over to create a new dynamic to the image.
Bristol Templemeads
This is a life drawing study of Bristol Templemeads train station. I like the parts of the picture in which the trains come together. I started off the picture by doing a continuous line drawing of the people in the foreground.
